GENERAL
When and where will the conference take place?
The Spring Professional Development Conference will be held virtually on February 28 & March 1, 2025.

I’m not an RxA member. Can I still attend the conference?
Non-members are welcome to sign up for the 2025 virtual conference. Non-members, click here to register.
How much does it cost to attend the PD Conference?
- RxA member – $95.00 + GST
- Non-member – $295.00 + GST
What does the cost of my registration include?
You will have access to live-streaming links for all conference sessions and conference materials via the conference platform. Access to on-demand recordings will also be available after the live event.

Is there a choice of concurrent sessions to attend?
Yes, there will be a concurrent session timeslot on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
How long are the concurrent sessions?
All concurrent sessions are 60 minutes long, including time for Q&A.
Will CCCEP credits be available for conference sessions?
Yes, you will get CCCEP credits for the sessions you attend live or view during the on-demand period. Please note, the amount of CEUs available for live and on-demand participation may vary.

ON-DEMAND VIEWING
What is on-demand viewing?
On-demand viewing means that the live presentation is recorded and made available for attendees to view or re-view at a later time.
How long do I have access to the on-demand conference?
You are able to access the on-demand conference sessions after the event. Presentations viewed until March 15 at midnight are eligible for CCCEP credit. Viewing from March 16-31 will be non-accredited.
When is the deadline to purchase the on-demand conference?
Conference registration is available to purchase until February 21, 2025, which includes the on-demand option.
VIRTUAL EVENT
What kind of technology or software is required to participate in the virtual conference?
The virtual conference is best experienced on a laptop or desktop device.
Though it is responsive and compatible with tablets and smartphones, these devices will allow for a view-only experience and do not allow full use of the interactive site features.
Any major, modern browser is supported, which includes Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
When will I receive login instructions for attending the virtual event?
You can expect to receive an email (via the email you used to register) the week of the event. It will contain log-in instructions and access to the virtual conference website. Please test your login prior to the event to ensure that you have no issues accessing the site.

Will there be an exhibit hall?
There will be no exhibit hall for this conference.
