When and where will the conference take place?          

The Spring Professional Development Conference will be held virtually on March 1 & 2, 2024.

When will registration open/close?

Registration is now open! Registration closes on Februay 23, 2024.

I am unable to take the whole day off work. Can I register for specific sessions or a half-day?  

Logistically, we are not able to provide that option at this time. Only full two-day conference registration is available.

I’m not an RxA member, can I still attend the conference?

Currently, our conferences are RxA member-exclusive events. Information on becoming an RxA member can be found by clicking here.

How much does it cost to attend the PD Conference?

  • RxA Pharmacist Member: $95 + GST
  • RxA 4th Year Student Member: $40 + GST (contact to receive a student discount coupon)

What does the cost of my registration include?

You will have access to live-streaming links for all conference sessions and conference materials via the conference platform. Access to on-demand recordings will also be available after the live event.


Where do I find the conference agenda or session times?

Conference agenda and session times can be viewed on the main conference page or in PDF format.

Is there a choice of concurrent sessions to attend? 

Yes, there are concurrent sessions scheduled for March 2, 2024. Concurrent sessions will be 60 minutes long, including time for Q&A.

Will CCCEP credits be available for conference sessions? 

Yes, you are able to claim CCCEP credits for the sessions you attend.

What kind of technology or software is required to participate in the virtual conference?

The virtual conference is best experienced on a laptop or desktop device.

Though it is responsive and compatible with tablets and smartphones, these devices will allow for a view-only experience and do not allow full use of the interactive site features.

Any major, modern browser is supported, which includes Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.

When will I receive login instructions for attending the virtual event?

You can expect to receive an email (via the email you used to register) the week of the event. It will contain log-in instructions and access to the virtual conference website. Please test your login prior to the event to ensure that you have no issues accessing the site.


Will there be an exhibit hall?

Yes, we will have a virtual exhibit hall that will provide exhibitors with the opportunity to interact with attendees and showcase products.

My company would like to participate as an exhibitor – how does that work?
