Get Off Your APA! An Additional Prescribing Authorization Preparation Course for Alberta Pharmacists
This four-module course, presented by pharmacist Todd Prochnau, will provide an overview of the requirements the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) wants you to include as part of your comprehensive package for submission to ACP for Additional Prescribing Authority (APA). In this detailed course, Todd walks you through all the steps to help create a successful application for APA. He provides a general outline of the application process and requirements, describes what types of cases you need to prepare and how they are assessed, and goes step-by-step through the required documentation.

The Yearly Booster Seasonal Influenza Vaccine Program 2022 – 2023
This course will provide an overview of the policies and procedures for pharmacists participating in the delivery of Alberta’s publicly funded influenza vaccine for the 2022-2023 season. It will also outline how to access and utilize references & resources available for pharmacists administering influenza vaccine. Join pharmacist Jason Kmet as he discusses the rules, regulations, standards, products and resources pharmacists need to be familiar with to deliver influenza immunization.
