Stokes Pharmacy is an independently owned pharmacy. The dispensary and clinically focused pharmacy emphasizes friendly and personal care. The pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm. Closed weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

-Full-time or part-time pharmacist

-Engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections

Job Qualifications:

-Licensed pharmacist with ACP in good standing with no discipline history

-Previous community pharmacy experience an asset

-Authorization to Inject required and Additional Prescribing Authorization an asset

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

-Kroll experience an asset

-Be willing to collaborate with other health care providers
