Job Description
We are looking for a part time Staff pharmacist to join our team for weekdays and weekends. We are open Mon-Fri 9-7 , Weekend 10-2.
Knowledge and Skills required:
-Experience with Kroll.
-Experience in providing patient-centered care in collaboration with other health care professionals
-Experience in providing clinical services such as care plans, follow ups, and injections
-Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others
Required license or certification :
-Registered and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacists
-Injection Certification
