Job Description

Rita’s Apothecary located in Barrhead, AB, is currently seeking a full-time Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager to lead their team!

This is a pharmacy that has a strong focus on compounding. It is a level B compounding facility (Non-sterile compounding) and they also have nursing home business.

Position Details:

• 40 hrs / week
• Store Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of Rita’s Apothecary and Home Healthcare
• Manage a staff of skilled pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
• Act as a leader within the community and provide pharmacy services to better serve Barrhead and its surrounding area.
• Ensure profitability through effective budgeting, inventory control and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist
• 2+ years of experience
• Compounding experience an asset
