Job Description

Opportunity to join our pharmacy team, this a part-time pharmacist role will involve weekdays and or Saturdays, evenings until 7. Hours may fluctuate but a minimum of 16 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Prepare, dispense and deliver medications accurately and timely to patients

Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient’s needs. Counselling patients while ensuring  appropriate documentation.

Provide friendly, positive and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers, Create awareness and educate customers through public relations(health promotion, in-store clinics).

Counsel of patients in regards to new and ongoing medications in a friendly, positive interaction.

Practice within the full scope of Alberta Pharmacist

Must be injection certified and already have or be completing Additional Prescribing Authority.
