Our team includes registered pharmacy technicians, assistants, and pharmacy students.  We are proud to host 1st and 4th year pharmacy student rotations, which provides us with great opportunities to educate, coach and train upcoming pharmacists.

 

Position on Offer:

We are looking for a part-time pharmacist to work a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts, to cover a maternity leave.

Job duties:

  • Practice full scope of practice within federal/provincial regulatory/legal requirements
  • Compound, prepare and dispense medications
  • Provide OTC, health care aids and device counselling
  • Participate in health promotion, prevention, and public health activities such as immunizations, disease management screening and consultation clinics
  • Conduct medication reviews and work collaboratively with other health care professionals to achieve patient care goals
  • Adapt prescriptions regarding dose and dosage form to meet individual needs
  • Plan, organize, direct and control workflow during shift
