Job Description
We are looking for a pharmacist to join our team in a part-time capacity to work 2 to 3 shifts a week with flexible hours.
Knowledge and Skills required:
-Experience with Kroll and PharmaClik
-Experience in providing patient-centered care in collaboration with other health care professionals
-Experience in providing clinical services such as care plans, follow ups, and injections
-Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others
Required license or certification :
-Registered and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacists
-Injection Certification
-APA preferred but not mandatory
