Job Description

Care Gateway Pharmacy in Red deer is looking for a full time pharmacist ASAP.  If you are only able to provide temporary relief , please email us as well.

Care gateway pharmacies specialize in helping patients with mental health concerns and addictions. We also have family medicine doctors available in our partnering clinic. We work closely with care gateway medical clinics , and as a team we provide immense support for these patients.

Daily duties include the usual dispensary duties, methadone and suboxone daily witness, bubble packing , vaccine administration and more. This pharmacy varies in script count from 40-70. There is an assistant that can be available most days if requested.

We are looking for a new team member who can provide our patients with compassionate care. A pharmacist with APA would be an asset, however it is not a requirement. A pharmacist with injection certification would be ideal.

Travel and accommodation may be offered depending on where you are driving from. If you would like to join our team in a permanent full or part time capacity, benefits and holiday pay can be offered. Hourly rate will vary from 65-80$. A signing bonus may also be offered.
