We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership qualities and
passionate have a community impact through delivering exceptional
customer service and building long term relationships with our patients.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Licensed and registered with Alberta College of Pharmacists.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Experience working with Kroll software
• Additional Prescribing authority is an asset
• Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection.
• Knowledge of provincial, federal, and company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver excellent patient care through accurate prescription processing, medication counselling, and health education.
• Providing all professional services within the Alberta Health Pharmacy Services Framework.
• Provide pharmacy department programs to meet sales objectives for professional services rendered and increase prescription volume.
• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the pharmacy team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.

• Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development.
