GENERAL
When and where will the conference take place?
The Spring Professional Development Conference will be held in Edmonton at the Doubletree by Hilton, West Edmonton on Saturday, March 7, 2026

I am unable to take the whole day off work. Can I register for specific sessions or a half-day?
Logistically, we cannot provide that option. Only the full conference registration is available.
How much does it cost to attend the PD Conference?
- Earlybird: $295 + GST (until February 13, 2026)
- Regular: $325 + GST (February 14 -27, 2026)
What does the cost of my registration include?
You will receive a name badge when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you will have access to attend all sessions. Meals on Saturday are included in your conference registration cost.
Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?
No. All travel costs, including air and hotel accommodation, are the attendee’s responsibility. See below for details on hotel accommodations through the conference venue.
Is on-demand or live streaming viewing available?
No. Only in-person participation is available for this event.
Where do I find the conference agenda or session times?

Is there a choice of concurrent sessions to attend?
Yes, there are multiple concurrent sessions to choose from.
How long are the sessions?
All the conference sessions are 50 minutes long, including time for Q&A.
Will CCCEP credits be available for conference sessions?
No, this conference is non-accredited. There are 5.8 hours of learning available.
ACCOMODATIONS
How do I make a hotel reservation?
A special RxA PD Conference rate is available until February 20, 2026. Instructions on how to book accommodation at the host hotel will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
EXHIBIT HALL
Will there be an Exhibit Hall?
Yes, there will be an extensive Exhibit Hall for this conference..
