Conference Policies

Notice of Filming and Photography

Any person who attends an RxA event grants permission to RxA, its employees and agents (collectively “RxA”) to record their visual/audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and without notifying such person, to use their name and such images for any purpose of RxA, including advertisements for RxA and its programs.
Cancellation

While RxA hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend, we understand that extenuating circumstances do occur.
Since Alberta Pharmacists' Association (RxA) conferences incur certain expenses prior to the event, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation & refund policy:
- Conference registration cancelled on or before February 27, 2026, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Registrants cancelling after February 27, 2026, will not receive a refund.
- Refunds will be provided by applying a refund to the credit card used in registering.
