• Pharmacist who is transitioning from the Alberta College of Pharmacy provisional register to the clinical practice register on or after May 1, 2023.
• Pharmacist moving to Alberta who is new to the Alberta College of Pharmacy clinical practice register on or after May 1, 2023.
