Job Posting: Staff Pharmacist Position

Location: Davey Drug Mart / Pharmasave 325, 4812 50th Avenue, Bonnyville, AB.

Ownership: Locally owned by Peter and Mandy Davey, focused on community-based, patient-centered care for over 38 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare and medication advice.
• Accurately prepare, check, and dispense prescriptions.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support home healthcare solutions and clinical services.
• Being a member of the community and fostering local relationships.

Requirements:

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit independent pharmacy team.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to consistent, high-quality patient care.
• A Canadian Pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Your injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
• The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required.
• Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).
