Position: Staff Pharmacist

Walmart Pharmacy Leduc is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our established pharmacy team.

We are a full-scope pharmacy with a strong focus on clinical services, patient care, professional development, and teamwork. Our pharmacy has a long-standing reputation as a teaching and clinical pharmacy, and we take pride in supporting pharmacists to practise to their full scope.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a pharmacist who:

Is licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy

Provides patient-centred care and enjoys building relationships with patients

Is comfortable practising independently and using their full scope of practice

Has an interest in clinical services and chronic disease management

Works well as part of a collaborative pharmacy team

Is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a busy pharmacy environment

Takes pride in providing safe, accurate, and high-quality patient care

Previous retail/community pharmacy experience is an asset, but we are open to pharmacists at different stages of their careers who are looking for a supportive environment in which to grow.
