Job Description

Sagewood Pharmacy is searching for a pharmacy technician to become part of our small pharmacy family.

We focus on compliance packaging while building strong, professional relationships with our clients. We service a variety of clients including supportive living homes and independent residents throughout Central Alberta. We strive to give each client individual attention and work diligently with staff at the senior homes to ensure optimal client care for everyone.

We are strong advocates for client choice regarding their healthcare needs, both as a voice within the healthcare team and independently, to solve any medication/compliance issues our clients may have.

Key responsibilities include working with Dr. Phil (our PACMED machine), coordinating orders for processing and delivery, medication ordering, interaction with clients in the community (BPMH, delivery), and customer service.

Schedule is flexible (pharmacy hours are M-F 9-4:30). Wages will be discussed during interview.
