Job Description
Pharmacy Manager / Licensee (Full-Time)
PrimeCare Pharmacy & Compounding is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Licensee to lead pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) standards.
We are located on trendy 17 Avenue near downtown in Calgary. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and various transit stops. Staff parking available.
Details
- Rate: $58.00/hour
- Profit Sharing: Performance-based profit-sharing opportunity
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Benefits: Health Spending Account
- Schedule: No evenings or weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Designated Pharmacy Manager / Licensee
- Ensure compliance with ACP standards and legislation
- Maintain pharmacy licensure and inspection readiness
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, and staff
- Ensure patient safety, quality assurance, and proper documentation
- Provide pharmacist services including dispensing, counseling, prescribing, and injections
Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with ACP
- Eligible to act as Pharmacy Manager / Licensee
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA)
- Minimum 2-year Canadian pharmacy experience
- Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge
