Pharmacy Licensee / Manager – Horizon Pharmacy (Millwoods, Edmonton, AB)

Join us at Horizon Pharmacy, a newly established, modern community pharmacy located in Millwoods within the Covenant Wellness Community — a vibrant new health hub in Edmonton, www.covenantwellnesscommunity.ca. We’re looking for a Pharmacy Licensee / Manager who’s ready to take the lead in building a forward-thinking pharmacy centered on patient care, clinical excellence, and community connection.

About the Role

As the Pharmacy Licensee, you’ll oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations while practicing to your full professional scope. You’ll lead a dedicated team, deliver exceptional patient experiences, collaborate closely with healthcare providers to support community wellness, and drive business growth through clinical initiatives and community engagement. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the future of an innovative pharmacy from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist (in good standing with ACP).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pharmacist; management experience preferred.
• Injection authorization required; APA certification an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for patient care and team development.
