Full-Time Pharmacy Manager – Join a Supportive Community Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense, verify, and check prescriptions
• Provide patient-centered clinical services and document as required
• Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and interactions
• Administer injections and immunizations
• Offer professional advice on prescription and OTC products
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Support diverse patient needs, including pediatrics and acute care
• Supervise and guide pharmacy assistants and support staff
• Ensure compliance with inventory, labeling, storage, and safety standards
• Contribute to smooth daily operations in a team-oriented environment

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Authorization to administer injections & valid CPR certification (required)
• Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) preferred
• Works well in a team, open to feedback, and personable
• Excellent adaptability, communication, and interpersonal skills
