Summary
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Morinville Pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for handling transactions and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy and enhance the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to patients and customers.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.

• Use Kroll Pharmacy Management Software to support day-to-day operations (training will be provided).

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is an asset.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required.

• Willingness to learn and eagerness to build a long-term career in the pharmacy field.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
