• Prescription Verification: Review and interpret physician orders for therapeutic appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
• Patient Consultation: Counsel patients on proper drug usage, adverse effects, and preventative health measures.
• Clinical Services: Perform medication reviews, administer injections/immunizations, and manage chronic disease care plans.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all provincial and federal pharmacy laws and safety standards.
