Job Description
Looking for that special pharmacist interested in a team approach for patient centered care. Duties include collaborating with nursing staff in supportive living facilities, individual care plans, PACMED pouching, and building professional relationships.
No evenings or weekends- hours are M-F 9am-4:30pm. Flexible schedule. New grads/provisional pharmacists’ welcome. Willing to mentor the right person into ownership.
