The Role

• Oversee and manage daily compounding operations

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• Lead and mentor a dedicated pharmacy team

• Collaborate with prescribers to deliver customized patient care

• Contribute to the growth and development of compounding services

Who You Are

• Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) Pharmacist in Alberta

• Passionate about patient care and innovation

• Interested in compounding (experience an asset, not required)

• A strong communicator and team leader—or ready to grow into one

• Injection certified
