CLINICAL PHARMACIST (APA): FULL-TIME

Imagine Health Pharmacy is looking for a full-time clinical pharmacist
with Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) to join our
multidisciplinary health centre in southwest Calgary. You will work in
collaboration with family physicians and an allied health team in a
modern, purpose-built space that is designed around clinical patient
care rather than dispensing volume.

This is a role for a pharmacist who wants to use their full scope. You
will prescribe, manage therapy, build care plans, and be a genuine part
of each patient’s circle of care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with our physician and
allied health team.
• Use your APA to initiate, adjust, and manage drug therapy.
• Deliver comprehensive care plans, medication reviews, and follow-up
assessments.
• Build collaborative relationships with prescribers and contribute to
coordinated, patient-centred care.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of
Pharmacy (ACP).
• Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA), or active progress
toward it. Experience doing travel consults is an asset.
• A clinical mindset and a genuine interest in team-based care.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach.
