Job Description
Central Labs is growing again! We’re hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist to lead day-to-day operations in our and compounding facility in Devon, AB.

The Role
You’ll lead a skilled team of compounders, technicians, and coordinators—driving quality, safety, and efficiency across sterile and non-sterile workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & supervise daily compounding operations across teams and rooms.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable provincial and federal regulations.
- Develop documentation: master formulations, risk assessments, and related records
- Clinical verification: verify compounding orders and perform final checks/release of completed mixtures.
- Hands-on support: perform sterile and non-sterile compounding when needed.
What You Bring
- Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (MUST)
- Prior compounding experience (asset; sterile experience a plus).
- Exceptional technical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Able to provide professional references and a recent criminal record check (good standing) upon request.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Above current market rate; commensurate with experience.

Schedule & Location
- Full-time (5 days/week), 9-10 hour shifts, rotational weekends
- On-site in Devon, Alberta.
