Job Description

Pharmacy Manager (PT/FT)

Location:

Communicare Pharmacy

11049 127 St NW, Edmonton, AB

T5M 0T3

Hours:

M-F: 10AM-6PM. No weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

* Medication dispensing (daily scripts: ~30-50)

* Counselling and clinical services

* Blister packing

* Ordering and receiving inventory

* Methadone dispensing

* Administering injections

* Ensuring the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations

Availability:

*Able to work at least 3 days per week or full time.

*Option to work M-F: 1:30PM-6PM (with morning coverage and some pharmacist overlap, and assistance transitioning provided)

Requirements:

* Familiarity with Kroll

* Authorized to administer injections

* Licensed to practice

* Skilled in written and verbal communication

* Planning and problem solving skills

* Responsible and able to participate in quality improvement initiatives (CQI+)

* Will need to complete the licensee requirements (Licensee Fundamentals)
