Session Description: 

Vaccine administration by pharmacists, especially influenza, has shown our professsion to be a key stakeholder in immunizations. New vaccines are continually being introduced and there have been many changes to recommended use and schedules for current vaccines. Join Betty as she discusses what is new in recommended protocols for various vaccines, identifies references and resources for practice, and answes some frequently asked questions.


Getting into the RxING with Diabetes Management

Session Description:

As pharmacists, we play an increasing large and diverse role in diabetes management; but what if there was a tool that could help us and our patients along the way? The RxING Registry is a new, comprehensive practice tool for managing patients with diabetes that makes documentation simple and engages patients with interactive risk assessments and easy to read reports. Join us to learn how to get involved with the RxING Registry and recieve hands on training with a case study and live demonstration. Be sure to bring your own mobile device!
