We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Staff Pharmacists

Heart Pharmacy is looking for two, first class, passionate pharmacists who want to impact healthcare outcomes.  We pride ourselves in being a patient first pharmacy that is focused on new clinical opportunities that improve patient outcome.  Heart Pharmacy was recently named Best Pharmacy by the readers of the Times Colonist’s validating our mission to deliver Loving Care to our community.

It all begins at a ‘Heart to Heart’ one-on-one discussion with a pharmacist. This discussion helps the customer and pharmacist create clarity and understanding, build trust in each other, delve into and reflect on current courses of treatment, and discuss new ideas.  It is the starting point of a process that progresses along a cycle of better understanding, greater knowledge, customer empowerment, and increasing health.

Our connection resonates from the front door to the back of the pharmacy.  Every single team member has the opportunity to strengthen the relationship with our customers.  We aim to understand their needs, build a connection, and provide superior service throughout Heart.  Every time a customer enters our stores we can make a difference.

We encourage our Pharmacists to spend time with our customers. We combine traditional pharmacy with a retail store that offers natural health and beauty products and expert consultation in nutrition, naturopathic medicine and safe body care.
