Job Description
Our organization is looking for a Full-time Pharmacy Manager for one of our independent community pharmacies located in South Calgary. This is a newly created position in an established medium volume store.
Roles and responsibilities include all dispensing duties (with technicians) as well as the day to day management of the pharmacy. You must have:
- Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience in Canada
- APA prescribing and injection certification
- A strong focus on clinical services to drive patient growth and retention
- Comfort in managing other pharmacists, technicians and staff
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to hold licensee status with ACP
