Job Description
Leduc Co-op Pharmacy is hiring a full time permanent pharmacist whose job description includes the following:
– a focus on excellent patient service and counselling
– clinical services such as medication management and medication reviews
– injection services
– strong communication and organizational skills
– efficient and empathetic service to all customers
– playing a role in a team environment
The successful candidate should have:
-
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
- In good standing with ACP
- Licensed to practice in the Province of Alberta with Injection certification.
APA certification is an asset. - Strong clinical skills and retail pharmacy experience
- Knowledge on collaboration with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff
- Superior interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and being able to work with positive attitude
- Kroll Computer proficiency
Our pharmacy working hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekends and closed on statutory holidays. Weekend shifts are rotated and weekday shifts are flexible which is conducive to an excellent work/life balance. We offer exceptionally competitive wages as well as a benefit package.
