Northern Health is Recruiting Pharmacists!
As members of an interprofessional team, pharmacists provide pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health and assess and recommend individualized treatments. These positions act as the primary resource for drug information, education and provide expert advice to health care professionals, monitor drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs.
