I was the project team lead in bringing every single London Drugs Pharmacy on board with Netcare Real Time Integration (RTI); the first chain to become fully integrated.
Describe your personal vision for the future of pharmacist practice:
-Genomics and point of care testing will play an ever increasing role in the way we prescribe & dispense
-With the increased number of pharmacists receiving their APA, I see pharmacists finally embracing their ability to change the way they practice. Ordering & following up on lab tests will become the new normal, not the exception.
-With more and more pharmacies finally getting onboard with RTI, I can see in the not too distant future, pharmacies accepting e-Prescriptions and embracing a fully paperless workplace.

-To help represent pharmacists with the new Pharmacy Services Framework negotiations
